Sunday Morning Bible Study ~ 9:30 a.m.
You’re invited to come on Sunday mornings at 9:30 a.m. for a small group “Sermon Talkback.” This is an opportunity for you to come and discuss the message from the week before, to ask questions or talk about what the Lord spoke to you through the message, and also to prepare you mind for the message to come. It’s a great time of fellowship and prayer in a more intimate setting.
Sunday Morning Worship ~ 10:30 a.m.
We will be continuing our study through the Book of Acts this Sunday, October 5th at 10:30 a.m, picking up in Acts 17:16. Our prayer is that each Sunday, we will grow in our relationship with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. It begins with songs of praise and worship, followed by a time of prayer and then the teaching of the Word. We conclude with a time of reflection accompanied by songs of worship.
Wednesday Nights at 7:00 p.m. ~ Bible 101
This Wednesday we will return to our trip through the Bible, picking up with Paul’s letter to the Philippians. The service starts at 7:00 p.m. and we invite you to come early to grab a coffee or tea in The Refuge before we begin. Childcare is available.
Friday Night at Sundown ~ 24 Hours of Prayer and Fasting
The Refuge will be open for 24 hours beginning at sundown on Friday, October 3rd. You are invited to come at anytime of the day or night during that 24 hour time period to pray. We are also encouraging people to join us in a fast to commemorate Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement. It is clear that our nation needs to repent from our ways and return to the Lord and this is a great way to start.
Saturday Night at 7:30 p.m. ~ Communion Service
To conclude our 24 hours of fasting, we will be joining together for a communion service to break the fast together. We hope that you will take time to come and celebrate this special service with us this Saturday, October 4th.
